Conrad leads SHADE Industries, the team that plans and delivers the shade projects requested through Arizona Shade Sails. His work with Patrick Howe helped shape the company’s focus: putting useful shade where people actually want it, rather than simply placing fabric over an open space.
That starts with listening. Where do people sit? When is the space busiest? What gets in the way of using it? Those answers guide the design before the sail shape, color or support layout is chosen.
Conrad’s team brings the design, fabrication and installation together. You are not choosing a picture from a catalog and hoping it fits. You are starting a conversation about a structure made for the property.

SHADE Industries is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, where its manufacturing and testing facility is also located. Its in-house team handles the steel fabrication and installation work, coordinating the fabric and supporting structure as one project.

Shade Industries Inc holds Arizona contractor license ROC 270019 in the CR-3 classification for awnings, canopies, carports and patio covers. Conrad Masterson is the qualifying party. SHADE Industries handles the estimates, contracts and construction for inquiries through this website.
The team brings coverage design, steel fabrication and installation together. For schools and public facilities, ask for the crew-clearance and safety documentation required by your project.
