Our commercial grade shade fabric comes with a 10 year manafacturer warranty and has a 15-20 year life expectancy.
The material we use is UV resistant to the sun as well as being flame retardent. They hold up incredibly well against Arizona’s extreme heat and the harsh weather from the sun and even hail.
It all depends on the season. The process is usually broken down into 5 simple steps.
- Site walks with a project manager/salesperson to evaluate the area and get accurate measurements.
- Engineer and design the commercial shade sail structure and get your approval.
- Submit engineering and site plan to the city for permit approval.
- Shade structure manufacturing begins once permit is approved and received.
- Installation consists of drilling pier footings, rebar cages, steel erection, and fabric tensioning.
