Our commercial grade shade fabric comes with a 10 year manafacturer warranty and has a 15-20 year life expectancy.

The material we use is UV resistant to the sun as well as being flame retardent. They hold up incredibly well against Arizona’s extreme heat and the harsh weather from the sun and even hail.

It all depends on the season, but the time frame can range from a few weeks to a few months.
