Pool seating, outdoor dining, arrival waiting and staff amenities can need different shade periods and support arrangements. Use the guest/furniture plan and busiest hours rather than choosing a structure solely from a resort-style image.
Poles and bases must work with accessible routes, server movement and supervision where relevant. Color/finish should complement the architecture, but those preferences do not establish fabric performance or rain coverage.

Can a permanent umbrella suit a terrace?
It is a published provider option. Compare the actual column/base configuration, furniture and useful coverage before selecting it.
Can shade be advertised as all-weather guest seating?
Only where the actual selected assembly and operating plan support that objective. Ordinary porous HDPE is sun shade, not a sealed room or roof.
